Today, we raised money for the charity NSPCC whilst celebrating numbers! To celebrate the day and get into the spirit we dressed up as anything to do with a number. We then a full day of just MATHS MATHS MATHS!
In Year 3, we had a fantastic day participating in Number Day!
In the morning, we designed our own number label stickers.
We then played a game of Popcorn, we had to count in consecutive numbers, one person at a time… we got to number 7….
Finally, we played ‘Who Wants to be a Mathonaire? ‘ we worked in small groups to answer mathematical questions, trying to earn money as we went along. The winning group managed to earn 1 million pounds!
We had an amazing day from start to finish!
