Our core text in English this half term has been The Adventures of Egg Box Dragon by Richard Adams. For this lesson we built on our learning from the previous day. We generated questions we wanted to ask Egg Box Dragon. For example, how did you find the purse? When did you realise you had a gift? This lesson, we used these questions within role play. We were in groups pairs: 1 news reporter and 1 Egg Box Dragon. The new reporter asked Egg Box Dragon the questions to which Egg Box Dragon replied with what they thought was the correct answer. We the performed to the class.
